Industrial Maintenance Technician — Food Manufacturing

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Bartlett, IL. Pay is $34–$35 per hour, plus overtime and a safety bonus. The role supports a high-volume food manufacturing facility. The technician maintains and repairs processing, packaging, conveyor, and utility systems to support safe, reliable production. The role works with Production, Quality Assurance, and Sanitation teams to address equipment issues and maintain efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• repair processing and packaging equipment and conveyors
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• support facility maintenance and equipment installation
• assist with line changeovers and projects
• perform light stainless-steel welding and fabrication
• document work in CMMS
• follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, 5S, and LOTO standards
• partner with Production, QA, and Sanitation.
