The Mental Health Therapist — LPC-IT / APSW role is onsite in Brodhead, WI; the listed annual salary range is $60,000–$70,000. WisHope Recovery Programs provides integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment for people working toward long-term recovery. Working under appropriate clinical supervision, the master’s-level clinician provides assessment, therapy, care coordination, and treatment planning within their credential and scope of practice. The role contributes to coordinated, individualized care and supports clients’ recovery and continuity of services.

What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy or counseling within credential and scope
• provide mental health and substance use assessment, counseling, intervention, referral, and care coordination
• monitor progress and update treatment plans
• coordinate with interdisciplinary and outside providers
• participate in discharge planning, crisis intervention, documentation, supervision, and team meetings
• maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
