The attorney represents clients in commercial real estate finance transactions, manages due diligence through closing, and drafts and negotiates financing documents. The role also supports securitizations, servicing, workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcy-related matters as part of multidisciplinary legal teams.

What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial real estate finance transactions, including loan originations, acquisitions, and dispositions
• advise on commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans
• conduct due diligence and manage transaction components through closing
• draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and related agreements
• support securitizations and other real estate capital markets transactions
• advise on servicing, workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcy-related issues
• collaborate with multidisciplinary legal teams.
