What you'll do

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the ambulatory care program
• establish and implement policies and programs
• monitor program plans and prepare reports
• ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, infection-control, and accreditation standards
• manage budgets and resources
• adjust schedules and operations
• evaluate patient flow and services
• orient and supervise staff
• maintain competency and licensure records
• participate in recruitment, strategic planning, performance improvement, and infection control
• provide clinical nursing care as needed
• rotate supervisory call-back duties as scheduled.
