What you'll do

• Oversee daily estimating department activities
• implement and maintain technical estimating procedures and standards
• solicit supplier proposals and bids for labor, equipment, and materials
• coordinate bid inputs from engineering, procurement, and project management
• review estimator performance and provide guidance, training, and feedback
• analyze project specifications and blueprints
• collaborate on project risks and opportunities
• and monitor industry trends and market changes.
