What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer sites
• perform OSHA-required inspections and prepare reports and repair orders
• train and mentor field technicians
• communicate with service and branch managers
• discuss repair and safety recommendations with customers
• maintain company equipment, vehicles, and supplies
• attend required training
• provide on-call and after-hours service as required.
