Automotive Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Greet customers and discuss vehicle needs
• track vehicles from service-bay entry through completion
• keep customers informed of changes
• enter repair orders for warranty, customer-pay, recall, maintenance, and internal work
• coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management
• explain recommended services, pricing, timelines, and promotions.
