What you'll do
- Conduct facility assessments and collect plant, water, runoff, nutrient, pathogen, and environmental data
- evaluate environmental conditions, lighting, irrigation, fertigation, root-zone conditions, and plant health
- interpret laboratory reports
- document equipment and facility assets
- develop data-grounded corrective and preventative strategies
- prepare cultivation health reports after visits
- update CRM and internal systems
- coordinate with commercial, lab, AgTech, and operations teams.
