What you'll do

• Develop and execute the site quality strategy using technology, data analytics, and quality tools
• support customers with quality issues and technical problem solving
• connect customers and plant teams on claims and improvement projects
• review plant-floor processes and documentation
• lead non-conformance investigations and root-cause analysis
• document deviations and failure investigations
• train and coach team members
• support quality lab testing and processes
• ensure inspection records and test data are accurate
• conduct site walks and coordinate resolution of visible issues
• advise customers on aluminum, extrusion processes, and quality requirements.
