Building Maintenance Supervisor

The Building Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Melville, NY, serving a production facility and corporate headquarters. Pay is $30–$37 per hour. What you'll do

• Supervise daily operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-life-safety, and building management systems
• establish preventive maintenance schedules
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and guide technicians
• lead and evaluate maintenance staff
• oversee contractors, janitorial staff, and security personnel
• coordinate shift schedules and emergency on-call rotations
• ensure compliance with OSHA, building and fire codes, and environmental regulations
• conduct safety drills, walkthroughs, and risk assessments.
