Accessories Business Development Coach

What you'll do

• Conduct dealership gap analyses of accessory sales processes
• develop and implement customized action plans
• deliver onsite training across Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
• facilitate classroom, small-group, and one-on-one coaching
• support marketing strategies, sales forecasting, and inventory planning
• promote cross-department collaboration
• monitor performance using MSX’s TrackIT CRM Field Management Tool
• provide remote support between visits by email, phone, and video conference
• share best practices across the dealer network
• collaborate with the OEM’s Accessory Sales and Motorsports team.
