Job overview

The Farm Supplies Sales Associate role is based in Bakersfield, CA, with travel of 75%–100%, approximately three or more weeks per month. Pay is $80,000–$87,000 per year. HiFyve is hiring for a role focused on developing business and relationships with dairy operations throughout Central California. The associate develops territory sales and consultative relationships with dairy producers, identifies customer needs, and coordinates product and service fulfillment. The role contributes to sales growth by maintaining regular territory contact and collaborating with vendors, field staff, and inside sales colleagues.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with leadership
• build consultative relationships with dairy producers and prospective customers
• generate sales of farm products and services
• maintain customer contact and identify opportunities
• document interactions in Salesforce within 24 hours
• coordinate with vendors, field staff, and internal teams
• attend farm shows and industry events as needed
• and plan weekly territory activities.
