Membership Development Representative

What you'll do

• Research prospective member companies across North Carolina
• build and maintain prospect lists and a qualified pipeline using CRM and research tools
• conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, with an expectation of 40 or more calls per day
• communicate membership value
• qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior staff
• prepare meeting notes and handoff research
• maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM records and report pipeline metrics
• collaborate with membership, marketing, and events teams.
