What you'll do

• Lead high-volume, end-to-end hiring from intake through pre-boarding handoff
• advise market leaders and drive process adoption using data and talent insights
• build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, community partnerships, events, schools, and trade programs
• review hiring metrics and bottlenecks with store and district leaders
• meet department hiring KPIs.
