The instructor implements individual program plans and provides daily living instruction and supervision, helping residents build practical skills, participate in community activities, and maintain safe routines.

What you'll do

• Supervise residents' active treatment programs according to individual program plans
• provide instruction in reading, money management, cooking, grooming, dressing, hygiene, home management, cleaning, and socialization
• record progress and complete reports
• maintain a safe and healthy environment
• support community inclusion
• remind residents about medication as needed
• communicate resident information at shift changes
• provide transportation for clients or Pathfinder business.
