Compensation is $150,000–$300,000 per year. The Associate Dentist role is onsite in Brooks, KY, and offers a daily guarantee plus a percentage of collections, paid monthly; numeric in the posting. Advanced Dental Center is a family-based dental group with five established Louisville-area locations and plans for continued growth. The dentist provides restorative and other dental care using a digital clinical workflow and supported chairside team. The role contributes to patient care through treatment planning and delivery, with discretion to refer or treat cases as appropriate.

What you'll do

• Provide dental care across restorative cases
• work with three treatment columns, each staffed with an EDDA
• use intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging, digital radiography, and Overjet AI
• refer or treat cases as clinically appropriate.

Why this role

Requires an active Kentucky dental license (DDS or DMD), Kentucky Medicaid enrollment, active DEA registration, and current CPR/BLS certification. Implant placement, orthodontic, or pediatric experience is a plus.
