What you'll do

• Develop and execute the plant supply chain strategy
• lead sales and operations planning
• own master production scheduling and finite-capacity planning
• lead planning, materials, warehouse, and logistics teams
• coordinate purchasing and suppliers
• oversee warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations
• manage supply chain KPIs and continuous improvement
• maintain planning data
• ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory programs.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and at least five years of progressive supply chain experience, including two years in a leadership role in manufacturing. Food, beverage, ingredients, flavors, or regulated manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
