What you'll do

• Help stage materials and install metal building components
• learn construction and installation tasks through hands-on training and task sign-offs
• work alongside experienced crew members
• follow jobsite safety procedures and use fall protection when working at heights
• perform assigned work that may include framing, panels, insulation, roofing, doors, windows, trim, gutters, and repairs, depending on experience and role.
