What you'll do

• Coordinate project information, materials, resources, and daily needs with project managers and field superintendents
• submit and track utility locate requests
• maintain material submittal logs and project documentation
• assist with purchase orders and subcontract agreements
• attend project meetings and track action items
• assist with quantity takeoffs, quote comparisons, bid preparation, schedules, job-cost tracking, and project reporting.
