What you'll do

• Maintain client transactions, journal entries, and accounting records
• reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• process accounts payable and receivable
• support month-end and year-end closing
• prepare supporting schedules
• communicate with clients and resolve issues
• travel to client locations as needed
• support bookkeeping projects and maintain confidentiality.
