Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative is an onsite role based in Portland, OR. Compensation is $18.00–$21.00 per hour. This role supports the Inside Sales Center at Lever Organic. The role exists to manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for homeowners. The representative serves as the first point of contact and maintains accurate customer records in the CRM system.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads.
• Schedule consultations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for calendar placement.
