What you'll do

• Operate heavy-duty tow and recovery equipment
• perform towing, winching, loading, securing, and recovery operations
• respond to accident scenes, breakdowns, and other calls
• inspect equipment and report safety or mechanical concerns
• follow safety procedures
• communicate with customers, law enforcement, repair facilities, and dispatch
• complete service documentation
• protect customer vehicles and property.
