Holiday Lights Installer

The Holiday Lights Installer role is onsite in Dallas, TX, serving homes and businesses across North Texas. Compensation is $22–$32 per hour. This is a seasonal role from October through early January, with possible ongoing work in window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior maintenance. Sparkle Squad installs custom holiday lighting and décor displays. The installer helps complete safe, professional lighting projects by installing, maintaining, and removing displays and coordinating with team leads. The work also includes equipment use, troubleshooting, and material preparation to meet project specifications.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and remove professional-grade LED holiday lighting and décor
• use ladders, roof harnesses, lifts, and other equipment
• work with team leads to complete projects safely and to specification
• troubleshoot and replace bulbs, clips, and connectors
• assist with warehouse preparation, inventory organization, and loading and unloading materials
• maintain a professional and friendly manner with customers.
