Service Technician Supervisor

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities.
• Instruct customers on equipment use.
• Complete service calls and paperwork.
• Turn in documentation daily.
• Refurbish and repair coffee equipment.
• Maintain service vehicle.
• Assume route driver duties as needed.
• Maintain and clean service area.
• Receive and organize parts.
• Prepare records.
• Perform diagnostics and testing.
• Rebuild benched machines.
