What you'll do

• Manage substation and related energy-infrastructure projects from bidding and planning through execution and closeout
• oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources
• coordinate with estimating, engineering, and field operations
• maintain client relationships
• monitor performance and report on risks and issues
• promote safety
• coordinate subcontractors and vendors
• negotiate contracts
• and contribute to process improvements. Travel to project sites is required as needed. The role is responsible for safe, timely, and profitable project delivery while balancing client expectations and operational needs. Coordinating project teams, resources, and contractors supports the delivery of infrastructure that strengthens the region’s power grid.
