Member Service Representative

Job overview

The Member Service Representative role is onsite in Albany, NY, with part-time shifts of approximately 10 hours per week; available shifts are 10 AM–4 PM or 4–9 PM. Compensation is $16.43 per hour. The Capital District YMCA offers member services and community programming.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to YMCA members and visitors, drawing on customer service, sales, or related experience
• use basic computer skills and organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• relate to diverse community groups. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications must be completed within 30 days of hire, with listed trainings completed within 90 days.
