What you'll do

• Dispatch field technicians and contractors for emergency work orders
• communicate with technicians, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients by phone, text, or email
• create work orders and update client portals and Keynote
• answer calls, voicemails, and emails
• resolve client issues
• maintain detailed notes in ARM software.
