Estate Sales Pricing and Merchandising Team Member

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide information about items, including condition, age, and background when known
• explain the uniqueness and value of specialty items
• recommend complementary items
• reinforce pricing value without discounting unless authorized
• stage, organize, restock, and rotate merchandise
• monitor handling of fragile or high-value items
• coordinate pricing communication with Pricing Specialists
• direct customers to register or cashier staff
• help maintain order and customer flow. Weekend and early-morning availability and reliable transportation are required
• work hours and weekly locations vary by client needs.
