What you'll do

• Set up and tear down events
• clean equipment and site areas
• resolve order, delivery, restaurant-arrival, and communication issues
• troubleshoot point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
• promote Fooda and coach users on the mobile app
• provide onsite customer service
• audit restaurant event setups
• escalate issues to the Operations Manager.
