What you'll do

• Communicate with dealership staff, customers, and outside vendors
• pull and fill stock orders
• locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders
• follow up on back orders
• bill requests to the proper orders
• arrange shipments for delivery or pickup
• maintain a lost-sales tracking system
• bill sublet parts with the proper markup.
