What you'll do

• Perform hands-on lean improvement work
• weld, fabricate, drill, and assemble components
• install basic equipment, fixtures, visual boards, signage, and floor markings
• construct and modify workstations and storage systems
• operate authorized tools and machinery
• test and troubleshoot improvements
• support Kaizen events
• follow PPE and safety procedures.
