Maintenance Manager

• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
• Coach, develop, and support maintenance team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
