Maintenance Technician — West Side Flats

The Maintenance Technician — West Side Flats role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, paying $25–$27 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping
• respond to work orders and resident requests
• prepare vacated apartments
• assist with preventive maintenance
• diagnose and repair building equipment
• maintain supplies and grounds
• coordinate outside vendors and project bids
• support budgets and communicate property conditions to management.
