Senior Desktop Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software
• support Windows, Android, and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and VoIP
• manage ticket queues and follow up on status
• document configurations and procedures
• coordinate vendor repairs and Level 3 support
• provide event and meeting IT support
• support disaster recovery and incident management
• work within SLAs and ITIL processes.
