Community Liaison / Marketer

Job overview

The Community Liaison / Marketer role is onsite in Greenbelt, MD, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, and physician offices
• represent the organization at health fairs, senior expos, and community events
• educate referral sources and families about home care services and care standards
• coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns
• track outreach, referral volume, and engagement metrics
• partner with operations and clinical teams.
