What you'll do

• Answer patient calls and determine how to help
• assist with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and exercise
• turn and reposition bedridden patients
• follow dietary restrictions and preferences
• obtain care information from physicians, caregivers, and nurses
• record food and liquid intake and output
• record vital signs as requested
• observe and report potential health concerns and changes in behavior
• remind patients about medications and supplements
• follow CNA training and facility procedures.
