What you'll do

• Implement teacher-designed plans
• assist with lesson planning, daily schedules, and classroom setup
• maintain an orderly environment and accurate paperwork
• provide general care and continuous supervision
• adapt activities for children with disabilities
• observe and document children’s progress
• use positive, trauma-informed behavior guidance
• communicate with families and staff
• report incidents and emergencies.
