Catering Manager

What you'll do

• Prospect corporate markets and solicit new catering clients
• maintain customer relationships and account records
• conduct property and competitive-site tours
• attend industry meetings and events
• meet catering sales goals
• prepare monthly forecasts
• respond to leads within 24 hours
• design programs to meet client needs
• detail events and prepare BEOs
• coordinate event details with banquet staff and clients
• welcome group contacts at events as required.
