Senior Accountant — Accounts Receivable

The Senior Accountant — Accounts Receivable role is onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA, with pay of $38.94–$48.65 per hour on W-2. The role supports accounts receivable and revenue accounting operations. The accountant leads the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle and supports accurate revenue reporting, close activities, internal controls, and audits. The role also partners with Sales, Customer Service, Commercial, and Finance teams and contributes to ERP implementation and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead customer invoicing, collections, cash application, customer setup, credit limit reviews, AR aging analysis, and account reconciliations
• resolve reconciliation discrepancies
• support month-end and quarter-end close
• prepare and post AR, revenue, and cash journal entries
• support revenue recognition and internal controls
• partner with cross-functional teams
• support ERP implementations, testing, and process improvements
• assist audits
• prepare financial reports and management analysis
• mentor junior accounting staff when needed.
