The role helps LINX staff projects by building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and tracking recruiting activity and program needs.

What you'll do

• Own requisitions from intake through accepted offer
• source candidates through job boards, referrals, trade schools, career fairs, and military transition programs
• screen, interview, present, and close candidates
• coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding
• conduct intake calls with project managers and superintendents
• update hiring managers
• build talent pools
• maintain applicant tracking system records and screening criteria.
