What you'll do

• Build the program and recruit student-athletes
• oversee recruiting and evaluate prospects
• direct coaching during practices and games
• develop athletes’ skills
• ensure safety procedures
• coordinate wellness and conditioning with trainers and physicians
• monitor academic progress
• schedule contests
• coordinate fundraising
• and follow NCAA, conference, and university policies.
