What you'll do

• Monitor an assigned kettle and ensure it is not left unattended
• safeguard the kettle and funds according to procedures
• greet the public and thank donors
• follow Salvation Army ministry principles and organizational policies
• work outdoors in changing weather
• direct public questions about the mission to the appropriate Corps or Divisional phone number
• relieve the previous volunteer promptly
• complete bell-ringer training by invitation.

Why this role
