CNC Machinist — Second or Third Shift

What you'll do

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and conventional lathes and mills
• run multiple machines and adapt tooling
• create, prove out, and edit machining programs using I.G.F. software
• interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
• perform complex setups
• troubleshoot machining and process issues
• work with Engineering on drawing errors and improvements
• inspect parts using measurement equipment and CMMs
• perform SPC and preventive maintenance
• train less-experienced machinists
• contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
