The executive is accountable for business-unit performance and growth, combining operational leadership, financial oversight, client engagement, and talent development. The role advances the unit’s strategic objectives and strengthens Spiniello’s position in the Washington, DC infrastructure market.

What you'll do

• Lead overall business-unit performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning
• develop and execute strategic business plans
• oversee project and support teams
• promote safe, timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery
• expand alternative delivery work
• lead major pursuits and preconstruction efforts
• develop client and stakeholder relationships
• recruit, mentor, and develop staff
• and support succession planning.
