What you'll do

• Support the chef in executing banquets according to Banquet Event Order details and company standards
• prep, produce, and plate food for events
• clean the kitchen and complete closing and scheduled deep-clean procedures
• receive supplier deliveries and verify freshness and quality
• stock and label food according to food-safety protocols and FIFO procedures.
