The Cognitive Neurologist (MD/DO) role is an onsite position in Traverse City, MI. Compensation is not specified. The physician joins Munson Healthcare’s multidisciplinary neuroscience program and may help lead and develop a Comprehensive Cognitive Clinic serving Northern Michigan. The role provides outpatient evaluation and management for cognitive and behavioral neurological disorders while helping build an integrated approach to diagnosis, treatment, longitudinal care, and patient and family support. The neurologist collaborates with neuroscience colleagues and may help develop clinical pathways and expand regional access.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and manage patients with cognitive and behavioral neurological disorders
• contribute to diagnosis, treatment, longitudinal care, and patient and family support
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary neuroscience team
• help develop the Comprehensive Cognitive Clinic and specialty programs
• participate in minimal inpatient call responsibilities. Regional outreach is available based on interest and program needs.
