What you'll do

• Own a revenue target tied to California state-funded programs
• build and manage a pipeline of appropriations, grants, agency contracts, and pilot programs
• develop multi-year capture plans
• cultivate relationships with legislators, agency leaders, regulatory staff, water districts, and industry associations
• engage in legislative sessions and budget cycles
• prepare testimony, briefings, and presentations
• advocate for policies that support service markets
• coordinate public/private partnerships
• work with internal teams on proposals and compliance
• organize site visits, demonstrations, roundtables, and educational forums
• track legislative, regulatory, and budget developments
• report pipeline status, forecasts, and recommendations.
