What you'll do

• Facilitate breaks and opening or closing tasks
• coach and train team members on food preparation and operating procedures
• track daily activity and donations or waste
• plan catering orders
• monitor product quality
• address call-outs and shift coverage
• perform back-of-house and front-of-house positions
• complete assigned additional responsibilities. Four full shifts per week are required, including at least one closing shift.
