The Therapist — Substance Use Recovery role is an onsite, full-time position in Lebanon, MO, scheduled Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The therapist joins Compass Health Network’s Adult Outpatient team. The role supports adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges through individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. It contributes to person-centered, integrated care by coordinating services and helping clients improve daily functioning and overall well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services
• coordinate referrals, waitlists, and client care, particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable
• conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning
• provide triage during Open Access hours when needed
• document services
• coordinate with internal and external providers
• offer daytime crisis intervention per agency protocol
• participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance
• provide licensure supervision if applicable.
