What you'll do

• Provide end-user desktop and service desk support.
• Install, operate, and maintain hardware and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and repair software and COTS applications.
• Provide specialty support for Active Directory, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
